Biography

She has completed PhD in 1986 from Aegean University. She was the dean of Dokuz Eylul University Nursing Faculty, established the faculty. She was editor of DEU Nursing Faculty E-Journal before; currently is the editor of Journal of Education and Research in Nursing. She has published more than 20 papers in reputed journals. She is interested in home care, evidence based practice, public health, health prevention and promotion, diabetes, inequality of health, nursing education, research in nursing and biostatistics, early diagnosis with breast and cervical cancer, lymphedema.
